Documentation
Direct to market.
24k Launch is a Uniswap v4 launchpad. A token goes live in its pool. There is no bonding curve and no migration phase.
Overview
Projects deploy tokens paired with ETH or PAXG. The Uniswap v4 pool exists from the moment the token goes live. Once deployed, the token enters the open market directly through that pool.
Market
Launches use a one-sided LP. The supply is 1,000,000. The creator deposits that supply and none of the quote asset. The opening price is set before deployment, and the token is tradable on Uniswap v4 immediately.
Current configurations support three initial market caps.
- $5K
- $10K
- $20K
A predefined starting point. An open market from launch.
Pair
Token / ETH
The position holds only tokens. Ether enters the pool when someone buys. There is no bid under the opening price.
Token / PAXG
The pool is quoted in tokenized gold. The creator does not buy PAXG to seed it. The range runs up to the opening price, so the position holds the supply and zero gold. A lower native price, tokens per ounce, is a higher token price. Gold enters only when someone buys, and a full sell-off returns the pool to that opening price with no bid beneath it.
Hooks
One predefined hook is chosen when the pool opens. The hook is fixed on that pool. There is no admin and no extra mint. The contracts are not audited.
- Flywheel. 1% of a trade buys the token and burns it.
- Burn. 1% of the token side of a swap is burned.
- Buyback. 1% of a trade buys the token and sends it to the launcher.
- Holder Rewards. 1% of a trade is claimable by holders.
- PAXG Rewards. 1% of the quote side, ETH or PAXG, is claimable by holders.
- Treasury Fees. 1% of a trade is claimable by the launcher.
- Dynamic Fees. The pool fee moves from 0.30% to 3% with trade size and stays in the position.
- LP Incentives. A 1% pool fee stays in the position.
- Fee Redistribution. 1% of a trade is split between holders and in-range liquidity.
- Volume Based Rewards. The hook fee starts at 0.30% and rises toward 3% with volume. Holders claim it.
- Liquidity Management. 1% of a trade can be donated back to in-range liquidity.
Flywheel and Buyback can be run by anyone once the hook has collected a fee. A fee that reaches 3% does so at 100 units of swap size, counted in the currency of that swap.
Custom
In development.
An AI hook agent will let a creator describe the market logic they want and generate a custom Uniswap v4 hook from that description, without writing the hook architecture by hand.
A fee split, described in plain language, can run across:
- Liquidity
- Holders
- Burns
- Buybacks
- Treasury
- PAXG Rewards
